STOCK:

• We endeavour to have all titles in stock but stock availability can fluctuate due to demand.

• With so many titles available, it is impracticable, if not impossible, for us to hold all items in stock. Therefore, at times, an item ordered may be temporally unavailable and will require ordering from an overseas publisher/distributor.

• If an item ordered is out of stock and comes from an overseas publisher/distributor you will be advised of the circumstances before we place an order for that item. If you are happy to proceed with that order, and the item is available, delivery to us will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks. If it is only available through certain Australian distributors the delays can sometimes be substantially longer (up to 12 weeks).

So, "First in, best dressed".

ORDERING PROCEDURE:

• We have an on-line ordering feature. Your orders will be routed through a secure server, so you can provide us your credit-card information in the strictest of confidence. All credit cards except AMEX accepted. Postage at Australia Post rates, prices in Australian Dollars.

• Non Internet Orders - Print out the order form, complete and then Fax or Mail the form to us with your payment. If you prefer you can E-mail the details of your order to us, and either, supply telephone contact details and we will contact you for payment details, OR
  E-mail order and Fax payment details (Credit Card only), OR E-mail order and Mail payment/details.

• Orders will not be processed without payment details.

• Upon receipt of your order form and payment details the product (dependant on availability) will be delivered in 7 to 21 days.

Please supply as many contact details as possible with your order so we can contact you if there is any delay/out of stock or print/or confusion etc!

PAYMENT OF ORDER:

• Payment by Credit Card, Bank Cheque, Money Order or EFTPOS/Direct Debit is required with your order.

• We accept cash, Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, and International Money Orders.

• If your order includes two or more items and subsequently only one item is available at that time, the rest of the order will be held until it is complete - Unless you specifically request that you want partly completed orders forwarded.

At all times we would keep you informed of the current status of your order and account.

OUT OF PRINT BOOKS or ITEMS NO LONGER AVAILABLE:

• While all listed titles are currently available (to the best of our knowledge), some books do go out of print fairly quickly and some of the items are limited editions. Unfortunately with many items there is no advanced warning if it will be or is no longer available. If you have paid for an item and it is found to be no longer available you will be reimbursed in full.

PRICING:

• All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.

• All prices are subjected to publisher's/distributors/suppliers price changes. In the case of overseas merchandise they are subject to variations in the exchange rate, we reserve the right to pass on such changes if or when this happens.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:

• The correct Postage and Packaging Costs will be added to any order shipped, regardless of the selection made in the Postage section of the Ordering Process. The Postage and Packaging rates are outlined on that page. If you are unsure please e-mail us sales@hjhmilitarybooks.com.au and we will calculate the P&P rate for you.

• International Book Customers - International shipping presents a challenge to us, simply because neither the courier services nor the post offices seem to have rhyme nor reason for their respective charges. You will therefore note several options on the order page, which will allow you to choose your favourite method of shipment or allow us to provide you with rate comparisons. LAY-BY TERMS:

We do offer Lay-By Purchases the terms of which are:

• Minimum purchase $45.00

• Require minimum of 20% of Total Order Price as First Payment / Deposit

• Lay-By must be finalised within 8 weeks of commencement

• Progress payments must be made every 14 days

• 10% fee will be charged on Cancellation / Defaulted Lay-By
